Float Painting 2007 #3
With the tender being done I took the steam
engine apart.
06/06/07 - All of the gold part received a new coat of paint.
06/06/07 - The headlight and a base for one of the
domes had two coats of paint.
06/06/07 - I prepared the type and cut the tape in the
shape of the stencil.
06/06/07 - More gold painting.
06/06/07 - Now you can see the type.
06/07/07 - The engine is just about done.
06/07/07 - The engine sits on the trailer ready to parade.
06/07/07 - Now you can see the bright colors. You will
need to see the train in person to see the true colors though.
Now onto the caboose!!!
06/07/07 - The interior was refreshed too.
