Float Painting 2007 #1
One parade done, now we can paint up the float.
Here is the color I'm trying to match on the tender.
Friday 05/25/07 - Yet another coat last night and
another color change. I'm going for one last change,
I bet I get it this time.
It is supposed to be a deep wine color. I guess the only wine going on
here is me and my paint brush hand. The new color will be applied
tonight.

Wednesday 05/23/07 - Another coat of paint was put on last night.
I changed the color a bit but I'm still not satisfied.

Monday 05/21/07 - I have decided to start with the tender
as I had last year. I'm still searching for the perfect color!
The first exterior coat of paint is on. Still seems lighter than what
I wanted but I may live with it as it is so shiny and looks good anyway.
I'm picky and I will roll it outside to see if it looks better in the light.
Sure does shine and that is what I was after too.
