In the coming months our museum members will be preparing for the
movement of one of our railcars to our property.A Milwaukee Road
flanger has been sitting in St. Paul for years, it is our job to get it to
New Prague this Summer.
Our crew today was Adam, Lloyd, Chuck and Mike.
05/5/07 To move the car to the property we need to lay more track
infront of our caboose.
05/5/07 Adam digs out the front of the rail that the caboose sits on now.
We will connect the new rail to the rail Adam is digging out.
05/5/07 Adam and Lloyd straighten the ties we just put in place.
05/5/07 Adam is very good at hitting spikes, Lloyd and Chuck did very
well too, myself not to much.
05/5/07 We just about finnished the first section of track today, had
it not rained we would have at least prepared the second section.
