Faribault, MN Heritage Days Parade 2008

This is our first time in Faribault!

Great town and fun people. Everyone was is such a good mood on a beautiful Summer night.

There is a restaurant in Faribault in an old railroad station. Many of us love to eat outdoors especially being just feet from the tracks.

The crew for today was Shirley, Daniel, Jim, Nancy, Chuck, Dustin, Andy and Mike.

Fearless leader, getting the float ready for the parade.

Chuck, Daniel and Shirley goof off before the parade.

jim waits for the parade to begin.

We followed a group of Mini-Coopers.

Spike loves kids and I think the reverse is true too.

Is he sitting on someone's lap?

Great crowds tonight.

If there is an open chair you may find a rodent in it.

There is another railroad handshake.

Spike relaxes in an open chair, the crowd seems to like that.

The sun is setting in the west as we approach the announcers stand.

The Mini-Coopers are performing again.

Daniel hangs out the window as he rings the engine's bell.

Phil drives another perfect parade.

Nancy and Shirley wave and have big smiles for the crowds.

Dustin and Chuck ride the caboose through the parade.
