Milwaukee Road Flanger

Milwaukee Road X9000293 snow flanger built from a L-2 class 2-8-2 steam locomotive tender. Built in the 1950s this flanger has two blades which made it easier to plow in either direction. The blades are raised and lowered by air pressure from the pushing locomotive.
